Refund and Returns Policy

In IPTV UK our customers’ satisfaction is our top goal. Because of the nature of digital IPTV service, we have this policy of refunds:

  • The refund is only available when the service has not been active or a technical problem on our part blocks access.
  • After the login information is sent and the service active, refunds can’t be assured.
  • The trial or short-term subscriptions are not refundable.
  • All refund requests should be received within 24 hours after the purchase.
